Hello, I’m Dr. MarQuita A. Carmichael.
Leadership carries both privilege and great responsibility. I am sought out by leaders called to the intersections of faith, community, education, and social impact — leaders who spend their days guiding others, often with few spaces where they can speak honestly, reflect deeply, and think clearly about the path ahead.
Through executive coaching, I work with executives, clergy, educators, and nonprofit leaders navigating complex decisions, organizational change, and significant transitions. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, create space for “what if” and “aha” moments, and offer a trusted environment where leaders can reflect, discern wisely, and move forward with clarity and courage.
